Damn! I wouldn't want to meet you in an alley. Hey, is it just me, or are the "prone leg curls" just the hardest thing - ever? No wonder your muscles feel as hard as bone.

I just wanted you to know Margaret that you finding my blog was one of the best things to happen to me! I love your perspective, you've been so supportive, and mostly, you've been an inspiration to me. I can't wait to read about YOUR first 10k!

I too feel totally unsure as to where I'm supposed to post responses to comments on my blog. I will just put it here and hope like hell that you find it.

#1. Yes, prone leg curls are the absolute hardest thing I can even think of. I just recently added them into my training regimen because J mentioned that they're the ones that tighten up the back of your legs and the lower butt. Honestly, I don't know if it's worth it.

#2. My finding your blog WAS one of the greatest things of all time. You are such an inspiration to me that I can't even begin to tell you. The way that you approach life, with a constant sense of humor, is something that I completely admire. I love reading every single one of your posts and your comments. Having you in my life definitely makes it more interesting. I appreciate the fact that, although we're complete strangers, we have found enough in common in each other that we're becoming friends (from 3500 miles away to boot). It's nice to know that this "online community" thing isn't just a clever name.

So big fat smooches to ya. And giant hugs. And a million thanks for being my friend. :)

Of course I'll see it! I check your site every day and read everything on it. See? I'm a stalker! You are the lovely-est.

It looks like these are all the "machines" - what do they call those? Nautical? Am I nuts? Anyway, if you're up to feeling REALLY butch, there are a couple of great exercises for "that area" we all love so much. Squats and lunges are awesome. I never did them before I started taking that weights class I'm always talking about, mostly because I felt stupid doing them on my own. Now I'll do lunges in the gym, but still not squats. Don't know what my problem is. You're a lot cooler than I am, so I think you could do both. Have you ever seen Krista's site? Here http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html and get some coffee - you won't want to leave!
